Energy Balls

They are amazing and give you the afternoon pick me up you need!

1 cup Brazil Nuts

1 Cup Pecans

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

1/8 Cup Raw Local Honey

1 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Shreds

2 T Unrefined Coconut Oil

1/2 tsp Grey Sea Salt

Process all ingredients in a food processor until it becomes a chunky paste. Scoop into ball shapes. I find a small ice cream scoop to be the perfect tool. Roll and refrigerate until ready to eat.

These have the addition of Spiralina

A side note: you can use any type of nuts that make you happy. Walnuts are wonderful to replace the pecans. Enjoy!
