2 Ingredient Quick Dough

So… I say 2 ingredients but realistically I made my own self rise dough. Why? Well, I don’t use it often and it would go bad around here.

But, if you buy the self rising flour, it is in-fact 2 ingredients. Self Rising flour & Greek yogurt! Check it out! I borrowed the recipe from a weight watchers sight but I do like the full fat yogurt vs fat free.

My take on self rise flour:

1 c flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Sift together and it’s ready!

Dough Recipe:

1 1/3c self rising flour

1 c Greek yogurt (fat free if you’re into that)

Mix the two until a dough forms. Add more flour till it’s not sticky. Knead it and roll it out. I cut mine into 8 sections and stuffed it. But you can use this dough for pizza crust just as well. Just top it and bake like pizza!

Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes or till golden brown.
